What we collect when you use this site, why we collect it, who else can see it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Last updated 10 September 2026
This policy explains what ADLAZIO collects when you use adlazio.com, why we collect it, who else can see it, and what you can ask us to do about it. It covers this website only. If you become a client, the handling of your account data is governed by the agreement we sign with you.
ADLAZIO is a digital marketing agency registered in India, at Block H-1/A, Plot No. 20, Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301. Our GSTIN is 09NOCPS0414H1ZR. We are the data controller for information collected through this website.
For anything in this policy, including any request about your own data, write to hi@adlazio.com. That address reaches a person, not a ticket queue.
When you submit a form on this site, we collect the details you type into it. Every form asks for your name, email address, phone number, and company name.
Service pages ask additional qualifying questions so the free audit is useful rather than generic. Depending on which page you submit from, that can include your website or social profile URL, your industry, your company size, your budget range, your timeline, which platforms or tools you currently use, and a description of the problem you are trying to solve. You choose what to put in these fields, and you can leave the free-text ones blank.
When you submit a form, we also record your IP address, your browser's user-agent string, the page you submitted from, the referring URL, and the date and time of submission in IST. We use these to stop automated spam, to rate-limit abusive submissions, and to know which page produced an enquiry.
Separately, while you browse the site, our analytics tools record technical and behavioural information. Section 4 sets out exactly what those tools are and what they capture, including the fact that one of them records your session.
Note
We do not ask for, and have no use for, government identifiers, financial account details, or payment card numbers. Do not put them in a form on this site.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined under California law. We do not add enquirers to a marketing list from a form submission alone.
This site loads Google Tag Manager (container GTM-54QHNJWM), which in turn loads the tools below. The script is deferred, so nothing loads until the page is interactive.
| Tool | Provider | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Google Tag Manager | Loads and manages the tags listed below. Sets its own cookies. | |
| Google Analytics | Records pages viewed, approximate location from IP, device and browser, referring source, and how you move through the site. Uses cookies to recognise a returning browser. | |
| Microsoft Clarity | Microsoft | Records heatmaps and session recordings: a replay of your mouse movement, clicks, scrolling, and navigation on the pages you visit. |
Insight
Microsoft Clarity records your session. We want to be direct about that rather than describe it as analytics. Clarity automatically masks text you type into form fields, so your keystrokes are not captured in the replay, but your on-page behaviour is.
You can opt out of Google Analytics across every site that uses it with Google's browser add-on, and you can opt out of Clarity through Microsoft's opt-out page. Blocking cookies in your browser settings, or using a tracker-blocking extension, also stops both. None of this affects your ability to use the site or submit a form.
If we add an advertising pixel or any other tag to this container, this section will be updated before it goes live.
We share your information only with the service providers that make the site and our enquiry process work. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to advertisers or data brokers.
| Provider | What they receive | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Vercel | Requests to the site, including your IP address | Hosting and delivery |
| Google (Sheets) | Your full form submission, including IP, user-agent and referring page | The enquiry log our team works from |
| Google (Gmail) | Your form submission, as the body of a notification email, plus your email address for the confirmation we send you | Delivering and receiving those emails |
| Google (Analytics, Tag Manager) | Browsing and device information described in section 4 | Site analytics |
| Microsoft (Clarity) | Session recordings and heatmap data described in section 4 | Understanding on-page behaviour |
We do not currently operate a CRM or an email marketing platform. If that changes, this section and section 7 will be updated at the same time.
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
ADLAZIO operates from India, so your information is accessed and processed there. The providers in section 5 are US companies operating global infrastructure, which means your data may also be stored or processed in the United States, the European Union, or elsewhere, depending on how those providers route it.
If you are in the UK or the EEA, this means your personal data is transferred outside your region. Each of the providers above publishes its own transfer safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses. If you want to know how a specific transfer is handled before you submit anything, ask us first and we will tell you what we know.
You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner. See section 8.
Wherever you are, you can ask us to do all of the following, and we will do it without charging you or asking why:
If you are in California, you also have the right to know what we collect and disclose, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA and CPRA, so there is nothing to opt out of, but you are entitled to ask us to confirm that. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any right.
To exercise any of these, email hi@adlazio.com. We will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm the email address the enquiry came from, so we do not hand your information to someone else.
If you are in the UK or the EEA and you are unhappy with how we have handled a request, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are rate-limited by IP and screened by a hidden honeypot field to block automated spam. The enquiry log and the mailbox that receives submissions are access-controlled and restricted to the people who need them.
We hold no security certifications and we are not going to claim otherwise. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please use judgement about what you put in a web form.
This site and our services are for businesses. They are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, tell us and we will delete it.
We update this policy when what we do changes, not on a schedule. The date at the top of this page is the date of the current version. If a change materially affects how we handle information you have already given us, we will tell you at the email address we hold.
Questions, requests, or complaints about this policy go to hi@adlazio.com, or by post to ADLAZIO, Block H-1/A, Plot No. 20, Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India.
